The Leather Behind Our Bags

Water-dyed Spanish lambskin, and the long work of a perfect silver.

A material you can feel the moment you touch it

The leather we use for our bags is carefully selected from among the finest available: water-dyed Spanish lamb leather.

Renowned for its exceptionally fine grain, lamb leather has an exquisite softness that can be felt the instant it touches your fingertips — almost like the delicate touch of silk. Its supple feel and refined texture create a truly distinctive sensory experience.

A special leather, selected from the very first stage

When it comes to leather, softness alone is never enough.

We carefully examine every hide — its individual character, fiber density, grain, suppleness, and, most importantly, its potential to achieve an exceptionally beautiful finish once dyed.

For our bags, we use only lamb leather that has been meticulously selected from the very first stage, with no compromise. Because water dyeing is a process that preserves and enhances the natural character of the leather itself, there is nowhere for imperfections to hide. The quality of the material must speak for itself.

The challenge of creating the perfect silver

What makes this leather even more exceptional is the way it is transformed into silver.

Silver is not simply a color that can be applied and considered complete. Its appearance shifts beautifully with the way light falls upon its surface, and even the slightest variation in the dyeing process can affect the final result.

To achieve a silver with depth and dimension — while preserving the delicate texture and softness of the lamb leather — requires highly refined dyeing techniques and meticulous adjustment. Rather than producing mechanically uniform color in large quantities, each hide is carefully dyed with close attention to its individual character.

It is this dedication to craftsmanship, one piece at a time, that creates the beauty of our leather.
