Returns for change of mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, including size, colour or image.

Natural variations in the kimono silk, leather and sea glass are part of each piece's character and are not defects.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact info@toutestbeau.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order details and photos.

We will refund the full amount or arrange a repair. Return shipping is at our expense.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, an order can no longer be cancelled.
